**The day-to-day**:

- Administration of training schedules
- Data entry of employee qualifications and licences
- Assist with developing engaging and visually appealing training content
- Organise training equipment and resources
- Maintaining qualification registers and updating employee files
- Showcasing and promoting training activity at West HQ

- comfortable being part of a team and owning things end to end
- progressive, innovative and passionate about training and developing others
- creative with a flair for creating engaging training and social media content
- familiar with training activities and associated tasks with at least 1-2 years' similar experience
- available to work full time hours, Monday to Friday
- willingness to assist the broader HR team as required
