Customer Relations Officer - Infrastructure required in Kalamunda **Customer Relations Officer - Infrastructure (Local Government)** **Location: Kalamunda** **Contract Start dates: ASAP** **Pay rate: $35 per hour + super** **Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week** **About the role**: The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, administrative and technical support to staff and customers of the local area connected to the company. Working within the Asset & Waste Operations business unit this position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities to support the Manager, Coordinator and Supervisors. **Responsibilities** - Prepare correspondence, draft reports, meeting agendas and minutes as required - Assist Coordinator and Supervisors in planning works and activities including "Dial before you dig" requests, JSA, pre-starts, plant bookings, job codes (including private works), requisitions, purchasing and obtaining permits. - Document and manage incident reports for the team. - Maintain and update daily works record for the business unit. - Monitor and prepare call out rosters and raise ICS for the follow up. - Report faults to the relevant authorities such as Main Roads, Western Power, Water Corporations, Telstra, NBN, Atco, etc. - Raise Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SynergySoft with the approval of the Manager, Coordinator, and Supervisors. - Process invoices. - Provide accurate, timely, courteous, and professional advice and assistance to customers (internal and external). - Providing additional Administrative support as required **Essential Criteria** Sound understanding of administration processes and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently under broad direction. Possession of a current 'C-A' (Automatic) or 'C-B' (Manual) class driver's licence allowing the holder to drive legally in Western Australia. - Experience in providing excellent Customer Service to a wide range of stakeholders. - Knowledge and understanding of civil construction and maintenance work. - Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage tasks simultaneously. - Experience in procurement protocols. - Able to pass a ploice check and Drug and Alcohol screening if required. **Desirable Criteria** - Previous experience in Local Government within a Waste Services or Infrastructure Service Unit - Previous experience of 'IT Vision - SynergySoft' integrated Local Government Software System. - Previous experience of GIS mapping tools is desirable **Who are we** At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
