Audi Centre Perth located in Osborne Park, is seeking a Client Relations Officer with strong phone skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This pivotal role supports client retention and customer care, requiring someone committed to outstanding service and engagement, working closely with a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, customer focused service with professionalism and care
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers with specific goals and follow-up actions
  • Assist in maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Support the Service Team with administrative and communication tasks

Skills & Attributes:

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Motivated and comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Competent with computers; experience with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems such as ERA Power or Pentana and Dealersocket would be favourable but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
