About The Role
We are seeking a suitable applicant for the role of Senior Employee Relations Officer. This position willprovide a high-level consultancy and advisory service to senior managers and employees on more complex human resource, employee relations and complaint matters.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a demonstrated commitment to resolving workplace issues in a timely manner and to a high standard, possess a high standard and practice of ethical conduct and behaviour, and will adhere to the Department's Code of Conduct and other policies and procedures.
You will be required from time to time to travel within Western Australia by road or air for operational requirements. The occupant of this position will be required to visit correctional facilities as part of their role.
Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
