**Customer Relations Officer**.
***To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for providing administration support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints and provide information about products and services. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to professionally handle high call volumes with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA Drivers’ Licence is required
- **Inbound / Outbound Customer Service Expertise within a Call Centre Environment is highly regarded**
