We're looking for self-motivated, high-performing individuals with experience in outbound and inbound customer service, administration, or coordination. These positions are based in our Business Development Centre in Welshpool.

What you'll do:

You'll be the first point of contact for our John Hughes Service customers, helping to secure vehicle service bookings and support customer retention initiatives. Our Call Centre Team handles a range of responsibilities including:

  • Confirming and reminding customers of bookings
  • Service administration and retention campaigns
  • Driving growth and market share through relationship-building initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a high-volume contact centre or similar environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proven sales skills, including objection handling
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and a drive for process improvement
  • Solid administration and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and applications
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential)
