**About the role

The Supply Officer is responsible for undertaking a range of tasks associated with inventory management and physical distribution of clinical supplies and equipment throughout facilities within Metro North Health. The Supply Officer is required to provide a high level of client focused service to ensure a high-quality, responsive supply service.

Proactively identify and resolve potential supply and ordering issues, including pricing variations, receipting, and invoicing discrepancies and interrogation of vendor proof of
Undertake administrative tasks and business processes that support business activities.
Provide input relevant to supply functions at appropriate forums and committees to support the Metro North Supply Division.
Operate materials handling equipment in accordance with operator instructions and safe practices.
