Job Description

Supply Chain Officer – Minor Hotels

Brisbane | Full-time

Join our Corporate team at Minor Hotels as a Supply Chain Officer. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate procurement, deliveries, and installations for our hotel network across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate furniture, procurement, and logistics across multiple properties
  • Manage supplier, warehouse, and contractor relationships
  • Oversee inventory tracking, records, and reporting
  • Provide administrative and procurement support to the Supply Chain Manager
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in procurement, logistics, or administration
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) highly regarded
