Located in Alderley, Insitu Pacific head office is less than 10 minutes' drive from Army's Gallipoli Barracks in Enoggera, and 20 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
**The Opportunity**
Insitu Pacific is currently searching for a Inventory and Supply Officer to join the Brisbane team. You will directly support Insitu Pacific operations, engineering, maintenance and training activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Inventory control, warranty and repair Induction and distribution, and coordinating the shipment of materiel (including dangerous goods);
- Coordination and carrying out of warehouse activities at Insitu Pacific sites at Alderley and Enoggera;
- Provision of logistics support including: warehouse activities including: capacity management, stock categorisation, materiel data management, inventory identification and accountability, provision of reports, stocktaking, meeting OH&S requirements; and following defined processes and work instructions, and identifying opportunities to improve those processes
**Experience/Qualifications**
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse duties.
- Current Driver's Licence and forklift ticket.
- Holds or is eligible for an Australian Security Clearance at NV1 level.
- Experience in shipping of materiel, including import and export requirements.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
