**About the Role**

Getting top-quality fruit from our packhouses to our customers requires a lot of planning, coordination and communication. This newly created role is key in achieving that. It involves:

- Monitoring stock levels and movements across the supply chain, from end to end.
- Ensuring data is correct and shared in a timely way.
- Analysing data, searching for and communicating trends that support business decisions and operational priorities, especially in-season
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure orders are correct.
- Following up supply chain issues, current and predicted
- Supporting on-farm employees, particularly in-season
- Being the first point of contact for supply chain partners
- Coordinating with packhouse, transport and horticultural operations.

As you can see, there is a strong data focus to this role, with the expectation that information is accurate and insights gained that assist with business operations. The quality of your work here benefits lots of other people.

**About You**

To be succeed in this role, you will need to be an organised, analytical and practical thinker. You will also:

- Be adept at data entry and analysis, spotting trends and useful information within and between reports.
- Be capable of working with the bigger picture of the whole supply chain, yet zoom into the most important details when they matter most.
- Be capable of gaining a high level of expertise in Freshtrack software within a short period of time if you are unfamiliar with it (with training and support along the way of course).
- Be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Have an eye for detail, quickly being able to spot things that “don't look right”.
- Be able to manage your own time and energy, adjusting your pace according to the time of year - harvest is hectic.
- Work consultatively, collaborating with others in and around the supply chain team to keep things going smoothly.
- Knowledge of horticulture is an advantage.
- Skills in MS Power BI or similar software are desirable.
