**Supply Officer**:

**What you will be doing**

The Supply team is responsible for managing Virgin Australia aircraft inventory to support all maintenance requirements in the timeliest and cost-effective manner.

As a Supply Officer you will maintain availability of reliable, compliant inventory, cost effectively throughout the Virgin Australia Airline Group networks to avoid disruption of operational and maintenance activities.

**You will**
- Process orders, quotes, and correspondence in relation to Aircraft consumable and repairable parts
- Ensure all inventory is procured or repaired in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements in the most cost-effective manner
- Raise Reports for all significant events that may have safety, quality or compliance implications.
- Partner and collaborate with Aircraft Engineering and Stores teams
- Assist in the ongoing optimisation of the inventory plan

**What you need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated experience in Supply chain and procurement
- Experience in purchasing and cataloguing within Aircraft or heavy equipment
- Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Naturally has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in adhering to compliance
- Proven ability to assess scenarios and plan outcomes in the most effective manner
- Ideally having knowledge of the CASR Part 42 Continuing Airworthiness Regulation however not mandatory
