**About the role

The Supply Officer is responsible for undertaking a range of tasks associated with inventory management and physical distribution of clinical supplies and equipment throughout facilities within Metro North Health. The Supply Officer is required to provide a high level of client focused service to ensure a high-quality, responsive supply service.

About you

Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Perform daily supply functions associated with inventory management and physical distribution of clinical supplies and equipment, including but not limited to:
Scheduled scanning of departments within the facility.
Receiving and unloading deliveries from QH Distribution Centres and external couriers.
Picking and packing products supplied and preparing for distribution to departments.
Delivering, decanting, coordinating stock rotation and stocktake within departments of the facility.
Performing system receipt of goods and equipment supplied to the facility.
Reporting delivery inaccuracies to QH Distribution Centres and external vendors.
Reporting backorder and nil supply information to department stakeholders.
Creation of reservations and requisitions as required by departments.
