We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Officer to join the Brisbane team In this role, you will effectively be responsible for the administration of material, logistics and plant pricing for all tenders and administration of the vendors and supplier qualification process communicating with QA, HSSE and accounts department.

Your focus will include:
- Liaising and managing external and internal relations including but not limited to customers, suppliers, and teams- Monitoring and reporting to management of SCM status, performance, and statistics- Expediting deliveries of assigned Purchase Orders and providing Expediting status for all KissFlow requisitioned items- Utilise SPMAT Expediting Status Report (ESR) to ensure all materials are released prior to shipment and site informed of forecast arrival date/time- Management, reconciliation and invoice resolution of Purchase Orders- Drive processes and contribute to continuous improvement within supply chain activities- Train and support staff on Supply Chain Management activities, invoice processing, Oracle and KissFlow systems

What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role working with projects and corporate- Tertiary qualification relevant to SCM/Logistics /Commercial would be advantageous but not essential- Previous exposure to SCM environment (preferred)- Knowledge and understanding of materials management systems processes- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
