**About the Roles**:
We are seeking two Commercial Managers to join our growing team at Development Victoria

As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for influencing decisions that drive better commercial and strategic outcomes and for enhancing the financial literacy and commercial acumen of the business.

The role will see you supporting either our Civic Infrastructure team or Commonwealth Games team with the delivery of large-scale developments in partnership with the private sector. You will provide objective decision support and critically evaluate opportunities with delivery teams.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
About you
- You have experience in financial modelling, scenario analysis, business case and strategic decision support services to project teams.
- You have the ability to analyse a range of information to evaluate business performance and facilitate profitable growth balancing short and long term considerations.
- You are confident in providing process guidance to project teams.
- You have experience managing forecasting and budgeting processes for a portfolio of projects, business units and funds.
- You are motivated by working in a public sector environment and confident engaging with government stakeholders to support decision-making and secure project outcomes.
- You want to be part of a positive organsiational culture with plenty of opportunities for professional development and career progression.
