Commercial Property Manager

AP Commercial Real Estate is looking for a mature-minded and organised individual to work in a diverse portfolio across commercial, retail and industrial sectors on a part time basis.
This role would suit either a residential property manager looking to learn and move into commercial real estate on a part time basis or a mature minded commercial property manager seeking flexible part time work.
You will be responsible for all facets of property management service delivery, including the day to day management of a small commercial property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include a broad range of day-to-day activities including:
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns directly and by working with the Director.
- Ensuring full execution and recording of leases and other documentation.
- Ensuring all critical dates and other information is managed, accurate and updated.
- Assisting with customer leasing matters and negotiations.
- Liaising with external parties including trades and solicitors.
- Managing financial matters including invoicing, purchase orders, arrears management, annual income and expenditure budgets, etc.
