**Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
- Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora,你好, hallo, vítejte- Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.**Where and how you can work
- Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.**What you’d be doing in this role
- As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.**About The Talent Acquisition Team
- Our mission is to grow the world's best team. We do this by connecting talent with Canva's magic globally, hiring Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our crazy big goals.- We like to think of ourselves as Canva's secret ingredient. We’re at the heart of everything Canva does - finding the best of the best to help Canva continue to scale at speed. Working in Canva's Talent Acquisition squad, you'll be responsible for growing the unique and diverse team that builds Canva - making a tangible difference to the lives of others every single day.- We invest our time and energy into ensuring you grow and learn the skills you need to succeed. Our open culture results in Canva being one of the most inspiring, engaged, inclusive, and productive places you can work. It's a place where everyone grows together.**About the role
**- As Canva’s Talent Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to refine Canva’s early career programs and build some of Canva’s first re-emerging program like, returnships or career switcher programs. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, as well as external partners this role will be fundamental to achieving Canva’s diversity goals and help shape the future of Canva’s workforce.- To be truly successful in this role you’ll be empathetic, flexible, and fallible. You’ll listen actively and always seek to understand, adapting your strategies to suit Canva’s needs. You’ll be unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate and improve on our processes and frameworks. You’ll be passionate about building global and scalable world-class recruiting practices with a constant eye on building for the future.- #LI-SK1**What you’d be doing in this role**:
- Lead, engage, encourage, and develop a team of 4 impactful recruiters and program managers. Set clear expectations and enable them to develop positive relationships with their hiring managers and act as trusted advisors to the groups and specialties they support
- Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, giving structure and guidance to empower Canvanauts on your team to grow and thrive in their roles
- You will assess existing programs and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the Talent Agility Lead to identify key recruiting and program metrics for Canva and work with the team to build and operationalize programs to drive improvements
- Track and report on key data to measure impact and effectiveness of programs and projects. Collect ongoing feedback to improve learning experiences and programs
- Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting tools, technologies, and processes
- Design, implement and measure diversity sourcing and partnership initiatives while collaborating with key cross-functional partners.
- Influence, handle relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics and Technical business team members
- Partner across the business to implement strategic recruiting initiatives such as interviewer training, employee referrals and talent branding
