**The Opportunity**
Reporting into the Head of Communications, the Program Manager - Events & Engagement will plan and execute the annual program of online, hybrid and in-person events globally.
Specifically, you will:
- Drive engagement and attendance across annual conferences, webinars and in-field knowledge-sharing activities.
- Identify opportunities to build the portfolio of events and highlight opportunities to participate in other industry-related conferences and activities.
- Coordinate participation in third party events.
- Create and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employees, members, partners, and state-based associations.
- Work closely with the Communications team to promote and share event content across digital, print, and other media channels.
**To Be Successful**
The role will require someone who enjoys engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and can draw on these relationships to improve event design and delivery to deliver relevant content through meaningful executions.
Presentation, writing and visual delivery are equally important, as well as an aptitude for IT, systems and processes. International/ Asia Pacific region events experience is highly regarded.
