Our Gradate program has been ranked amongst Australia’s top 75 Graduate employers because we offer Allied Health graduates a robust 2-year learning experience. As the Talent Acquisition Consultant you will support the Early Careers Program Manager with the end-to-end recruitment of up to 300 Graduates. This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role.

The allied health market is challenging, and we are doing everything that we can to support the team to continue the fantastic outputs they are achieving. We are investing in new tech to improve access to untapped talent; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in tech-forward platforms to engage with students.

**You will make an impact by**
- Coordinating Early Careers talent through the recruitment process
- Providing advice and guidance on the Graduate Program
- Supporting the Graduate Program Manager with various marketing activities
- Promoting the Graduate Program through various channels with universities and students across the country
- Assisting with national student placements

**To be successful in this role**
- Demonstrated success in early careers/graduate recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience with volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
