**Program Specialist - Personal Injury NSW**

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Government Services team, and we are now seeking expressions of interest for the role of Injury Prevention Program Specialist.

As the Injury Prevention Program specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to employers and Agencies in achieving strong return to work outcomes and reducing claims costs through the development and implementation of effective injury prevention and employer education programs.

**It will be your responsibility to**:

- Champion a customer-centric culture through proactive relationship engagement and performance trend identification with key employer and Agency.
- Support and lead the development and then manage the implementation of injury prevention programs and solutions through data analysis, developing and implementing injury prevention programs and strategies. as well as providing and/or sourcing specialist advice to improve outcomes for mental health and physical injuries.
- Support Allianz’s ability to meet statutory and contractual requirements as well as best practice in claims and injury management.
- Support in the implementation of new products and services for the Government Services business that contribute to worker health and wellbeing and improves employer and workplace environments.
- Collaborate with manager and peers to develop and implement innovative approaches to continuously improve the end customer experience and drive change within our business.
- Comply with internal reporting requirements and deadlines including collation of information as needed.
- Ensure delivery of programs and projects on time and in budget while being compliant with project governance structures, internal and external risks and audit frameworks.
- Drive a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring Allianz and Regulator frameworks are appropriately understood and implemented across all teams.

**Important to your success**:

- Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation.
- Advanced ability in information analysis and trend identification.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions and programs utilising internal, industry and other relevant data points that make a tangible positive impact on workplace injury frequency and severity.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- Advanced project management skills
- Experience in working with and influencing brokers and other intermediaries as well as successfully leading and participating in business development and business retention presentations and tenders.
