Learning Program Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Learning Program Specialist. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing learning programs for young children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported in their learning experiences. You will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of individual children.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing Learning Programs: Design and deliver engaging and tailored learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children;
- Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative community;
- Program Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our centre's educational programs and practices.
