Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Transformation Specialist to provide operational support to the Governance Manager, driving efficient and effective program delivery to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the program leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Receive, resolve, and escalate enquiries in a timely manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding activities for the program, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Support management and tracking of vendor contracts, including goods receipting, to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate meetings, prepare executive communications, and capture meeting minutes of key program governance forums.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent project management fundamentals, including planning, execution, and time management skills. You will also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.

In addition, you will be proactive, results-driven, and have the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of project management principles and tools is essential for this position.
