Program Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordination Specialist to coordinate and support the implementation of our local programs strategy.

  • Coordinate with senior management to manage emergency, welfare, and development projects at the local level.
  • Contribute to organisational planning and strategic direction setting for local programs.
  • Manage and motivate staff and volunteers involved in local programs and projects.
  • Facilitate project implementation teams to efficiently perform each function of project cycle management.
  • Support local partners in developing their capacities in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating local and international projects.
  • Ensure quality and accountability in local program and project monitoring and evaluation activities.
Requirements:
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role at a local level.
  • Qualified to degree level in social sciences or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with local programs in a community development setting.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and knowledge of Islamic faith values.
