Greenwood Academy is a CRICOS-registered, RTO-approved vocational college specialising in **animal care training**. With a well-established Sydney campus, we’re now launching in **Melbourne**—and we’re looking for a passionate **Business Development Officer** to help us grow.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Drive student enrolments for our nationally recognised animal care courses
- Build partnerships with employment services, animal shelters, vet clinics, and community groups
- Promote courses to domestic and international student markets
- Represent Greenwood Academy at open days, expos, and school visits
- Manage agent relationships and referral networks
- Collaborate with marketing and student services teams
- Report on leads, conversion rates, and outcomes via CRM
**About You**:
- Experience in business development, education recruitment, or employment services
- Strong local knowledge of Melbourne and its education/job services sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and drive results
- Passion for animal care, education, or helping people find meaningful careers
- Familiarity with RTO/CRICOS compliance is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Docklands VIC 3008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- RTO: 1 year (preferred)
