**We will count on you to**:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective strategies to meet client expectations and to grow your client portfolio.
- Possess a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risk management, and financial needs.
- Have an enquiring and flexible mindset to solving client needs.
- Work with the Team Leader to prepare, manage, implement and achieve business plans, strategies and goals.
- Represent and uphold MMCs values to clients, colleagues and key counterparties.
- Contribute to the company's profit objectives by effectively managing revenue and expense budgets.
**What we're looking for**:
- 6+ years experience in managing a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients, creating and converting new business and growth opportunities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with a strong understanding of business, finance, accounting and ideally bank guarantees and surety bonds.
- Sound business acumen, including a well-rounded knowledge of key macro factors affecting companies and the sectors they operate in
- Proven or developing business development capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations, including the C-suite, as well as internal Marsh stakeholders.
