
Administration and Finance Officer

Pak Fresh Handling has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administration and Finance Officer to join our team. Working in a friendly and supportive environment, the role is a varied and challenging combination of accounts and general office administration. The role is offered on a full time basis and would suit someone with accounts experience who is looking to broaden their career and be part of our young exciting business.

**The Role**
This is an integral position in our team and we will provide plenty of on-the-job training. With ample opportunities to develop your skills, this role is the perfect pathway for someone wanting to advance their career in the logistics airfreight industry
Key responsibilities will include:
- Greet and direct any visitors to the front counter
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional, timely manner
- Manage and process all front counter documentation
- Manage invoicing, quotations and payment processing
- Produce a variety of reports
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Provision of administrative and general assistance to management team as required
- Full responsibility for smooth and efficient running of the Pak Fresh Brisbane site
- Coordination of meetings, conference and events
- Responsibility for provision and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
**About You**
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confident phone manner
- Deadline driven and safety focused
- Punctual, reliable and presentable
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in a reception or administration role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
