**Our Client**
Based in the inner northern suburb of Pinkenba, our client is a world leader specialising in the production and distribution of construction adhesives.

**What will you do?**
- Answering phone calls and attending to customer enquiries
- Use Microsoft AX to input orders, find product and check availability of stock
- Managing customer back orders on the receipt of supplier orders
- Working as a team alongside other Customer Service representatives
- Invoicing, filing and general office administration
- Understanding the product range and providing customers with product recommendations & alternatives
- Liaising with warehouse and sales staff to provide customers with order ETA's
- Building rapport with customers

**Who are you?**
You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, and you may also possess:

- Experience in any customer service role (minimum 1 year)
- The ability to learn new skills quickly - potential to learn purchasing and other key business functions
- A friendly attitude and be able to work in a team environment
- Intermediate skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Microsoft AX experience is desirable but not essential
- A current QLD driver’s license and your own transport
