**About the Contract**

**Ventia**is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.

**Ventia**will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Area Coordinator, **The Administrator**will provide on-going support across the designated region. Ventia is seeking a highly organised Administrator to effectively manage work &, purchase orders along with general administrative duties. This integral role will interface with senior management, sub-contractors and field staff to ensure smooth operations across the Seqwater network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate close out of breakdown work orders (WO) with subcontracting companies
- Assist senior management in creating progress and financial reports
- Work closely with Planning, Subcontractor Management, Helpdesk and Operational teams to deliver the planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance orders on time
- Issue purchase orders and provide administration support for the allocated region
- Update daily tracking SharePoint to show current state of allocated WOs

**About You**
- Experience in maintenance, construction or infrastructure industries (Advantageous)
- Current C Class Driver Licence (Advantageous)
- Certificate III in Business Administration (Advantageous)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
