A Fantastic contract opportunity awaits an experienced Service Desk Technician to join a highly reputable and well-established Organisation located in the vibrant Western Sydney region.

As a Service Desk Technician, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and thriving team. Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation and optimal functionality of the Organisation's IT systems.

**Your new role**
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Provide support for CCTV/surveillance systems and basic networking knowledge
- Utilize ticket tracking system (Jira or similar) to maintain accurate and timely records of service requests and resolutions.
- Provide support for Office365 Desktop/Laptop/Mobile device
- Work collaboratively with the Service Desk team to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in testing and deployment of new software and hardware solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure all stakeholders are informed and satisfied with the services provided

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in providing technical support in a Service Desk environment.
- Knowledge of CCTV/surveillance systems is highly desirable
- Experience with Jira ticket system (or similar), Manage Engine desktop & Manage Engine MDM
- Basic networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a commitment to resolving user issues.
