**THE ROLE**

Newly created Desktop Support Analyst position working in a small team to provide end-user support to 400+ staff.

You'll provide level 1st and 2nd line support for everything IT-related ranging from telecommunications, desktops, networks, servers, and peripherals to mobility and internal systems.

The environment is agile, fast-paced, and still evolving so it's a great opportunity to have an impact and make your mark.

- Windows 10
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Office 365 & Exchange Online
- Windows Server
- Network connectivity - VPN, TCP/IP, Network printers, remote access
- IP Phones
- AV & videoconferencing
- Cisco Meraki
- Troubleshooting for printers, laptops, tablets, smartphones etc.

**REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES**

Suitable for an IT Support customer service champion experienced at providing remote and face-to-face IT Support to corporate staff inside a mid-sized yet complex environments.

Suitability will heavily be determined around an individual's drive, intelligence, passion, and personality.
- 2+ years IT Support experience across desktop hardware/software and Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrate logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Eagerness to learn through 'doing' and getting hands-on.
- Confident individual who can build presence, form relationships, and become the 'face of IT'.
- Corporate presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Able to simplify complex IT terminology into easily understandable language.
- A good sense of humour

**This is a full-time permanent role based in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is offering $70,000-80,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.**
