Level 1 and 2 Support - 5 Days Per Week In Beautiful CBD Offices - $100 - $110k + Excellent Bonus **Company Overview** This company is a fast growing ASX Listed financial services business that is investing heavily in their technology department. **Role Overview** Working in a fast paced environment, this well known Australian company has a fantastic opportunity available for a Desktop Support Analyst with a passion for Technology and for providing users with high levels of customer service. Technology is central to this organisations success and they have committed to continuously improve quality and service levels across the company. On a daily basis, you will work in a collaborative team environment and act as an escalation point for staff providing Level 1 and 2 support, resolving any IT issues and hard to fix issues including AV set up, mobile devices, collaboration, etc. in this face to face role. **Skills & Experience** - Strong Microsoft Platform Experience - Any exposure to Azure advantageous - A willingness to provide level 1 and 2 support and act as the "go to" person for IT issues on the floor - Knowledge of System Administration and Networking advantageous - Support office wide Video Conferencing and Audio Visual technology - Excellent customer service record and communication skills - Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer - Minimum 4 years experience within a professional services or corporate background. - Relevant industry qualifications or degree in Information Technology **What's on Offer** An opportunity to work with a respected brand name company in Sydney CBD.
