Due to substantial growth with recent acquisitions, we are presented an opportunity to add another Desktop Support Analyst in our Sydney CBD Team.

About the role:

- \tResolve requests using Stantec ticketing system within agreed timeframes and ensure all tickets are correctly documented.
- \tConduct Queue Management activities, including the management and auditing of the Incident and Service Request queues daily, and monitoring and alerting the RITC and RITM on trends.
- \tConduct proactive maintenance and administration of designated services, including implementation, configuration, and monitoring.
- \tDeploy software updates and security patches to workstations.
- \tCollaborate with the relevant IT service teams and Procurement team on hardware lifecycle management to ensure that local IT assets are used effectively for their entire productive life
- \tEnsure the safe, secure and effective disposal of Stantec computing devices.
- \tInstallation of all user related Software on receipt of an approved Service Request.
- \tParticipate in cross training and mentoring with service delivery teams.
- \tParticipate in IT projects as an operational resource performing tasks as required.
- \tContribute to the development of operational procedures and documentation.
- \tSupport corporate policies, procedures and best practices pertinent to supporting Stantec’s Infrastructure.

To be successful for this role you'll need:

- \tTertiary or industry qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- \tExperience working in an IT environment.
- \tTravel will be required, must have valid driver’s license.
- \tAn outstanding “customer orientated” service management experience.
- \tAbility to travel to other Stantec offices both locally and interstate.
- \tFlexibility to work after hours if required.
