**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12-month contract paying up to $1000/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Program Manager with a leading NSW Government agency. The Program Manager will support and guide teams in planning, development, and implementation of a range of projects. This will include developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities, to ensure project outcomes are aligned with this NSW Government Agencies strategic objectives. Key accountabilities include:

- Achieved on time, on budget and quality standards and within agreed scope in line with the established project management methodology.
- Consult and negotiate with diverse stakeholders by managing their expectations, viewpoints, and interests regarding the scope, complexity, and sensitivity of projects to deadlines.
- Effective coordination of resources and time to achieve deliverable within a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to expertly influence change across teams and work with stakeholders at all levels

**About You**
- Provide guidance and leadership to unblock project work, including managing resourcing and budgets, delivery dependencies and improve inter-team communication and collaboration
- Be a coach, a facilitator and a multiplier - passionate about delivery and focused on helping teams work better together
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with program/project management software tools (Atlassian), methodologies (Agile and waterfall), and best practices
- Be experienced and comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and able to work to strict deadlines
