- $129,464- 142,665**plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading-
- **Your role**- Multilingual NSW Academy provides professional development for interpreters and translators, and internal teams. The Academy Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and strategic education, recruitment and engagement strategy that supports the growth and sustainability of the provision of language services. This role leads a team to develop and deliver professional development programs, recruitment and engagement strategies, and change management initiatives for diverse audiences of the organisation.-
- **What you’ll do**- Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate the current and forward program of work, to meet the strategic objectives of Language Services, within budget allocation
- Develop and report against a performance and engagement framework to track the effectiveness of Academy professional development programs and initiatives with a range of delivery modes (e.g face-to-face, virtual, self-paced), that inform a continuous improvement approach
- Maintain and establish stakeholder relationships that support the strategic direction and delivery of Academy programs- You will also lead a team, work collaboratively across the organisation and sector whilst driving a continuous improvement and customer-focused culture.

**What we’re looking for**- We are looking for motivated and committed individuals with:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in adult education or equivalent experience in delivering L&D programs and services
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in the design and execution of training and development that lead to improvements and outcomes.
- Experience with using learning management systems and/or engaging with interactive platforms for learning outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in the design of programs related to workforce capability and change
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and write for a diverse audience-
