A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Transformation Program Manager to join our team, to plan, develop and execute transformation programs to grow our business. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of digital roadmap and transformation projects for the Group.

Liaising with Senior Management and other key stakeholders, you will be the first point of contact for the projects within your portfolio. The responsibilities for this newly created position will include but are not limited to:

- Lead projects to plan, develop and execute digital transformation strategies to grow the business
- Work with Senior Management and other key stakeholders to develop digital roadmaps for the Group and ensure implementation is completed
- Identify new and enhance digital tools, technologies and capabilities across the Group
- Ensure adherence to internal project governance processes, methodology, procedures, and objectives
- Manage project implementation costs, budgets, and risks to ensure effective use of resources to deliver outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management or relevant field
- Relevant proven experience in digital tools and technologies.
- Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Previous project management experience is essential, and digital transformation experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships across all levels within an organisation.
- Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking ability
