We are currently seeking a Trainee Service Coordinator to join our Building Maintenance team. This is a fantastic entry level administration position will suit someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and an interest in the building industry. All training is provided.
- Have great communication skills
- Be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Be able to adapt well to change and work under pressure
- Be able to work well as part of a team or independently

**The role would include the following tasks;**
- Record and prioritise incoming job requests.
- Liaise with clients to schedule works.
- Coordinate tradespeople and labourers.
- Request and compile quote information from sub-contractors.
- Maintain client KPI portal and regularly update clients on works in progress/completed.
- Maintain database of subcontractors and their relevant documentation (Data Entry).
- Compile completed job documentation for accounts processing.
- Other administration assistance as required.
