We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Trainee to join our Human Resources team on an initial 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Your Role

As a HR Administration Trainee, you will support the HR team in a broad range of administrative tasks and processes, including:

- Assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Helping with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Providing general administrative support across HR functions

Your Profile
- We are looking for someone who is:

- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role will be an advantage but is not essential.
