- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- **Project Management**:Lead and manage IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, including European teams, to understand their needs and translate them into digital solutions.
- **Problem Solving**:Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the business.
- **Change Management**:Facilitate organizational change and ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- **Budget Management**:Manage project budgets and resources effectively. Also manage the IT operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and digital transformation initiatives.
- **International Collaboration**:Effectively communicate and collaborate with European/Asian stakeholders, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences.
- **Asset Management**:Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate the timely replacement and disposal of IT equipment

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital product management, and IT operations management with a proven track record of successful product launches and iterations and managing daily IT functions.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical 1 audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and effectively, including technical issues in daily IT operations.
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Location: Ormeau, Australia
