And we are looking for dedicated facilities Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the process of inviting, evaluating, and awarding tenders for contractors, ensuring that selected contractors meet the standards and requirements.

2. Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors to ensure that services such as cleaning, maintenance, and other essential services are carried out effectively and to the required standards.

3. Organize and oversee essential services that support day-to-day operations, including reception, security, maintenance, mail handling, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.

4. Evaluate costs of various facilities management services, ensuring company received value for money.

5. Develop long term plans for facilities needs aligned with the overall business objectives ensuring supporting in the growth of the business.

6. Implement changes in facilities in a manner that causes less disruption to the business’s daily activities.

7. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Assess and plan the allocation of resources and areas, for existing or new spaces, to optimize productivity, functionality, and employee well-being.

9. Lead and manage the facilities management team, ensuring that staff are well-trained, motivated, and capable of fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and service providers against agreed service level agreements.

11. Act swiftly to respond to urgent issues that come around the facilities.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Diploma Degree Required.

2. Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role

3. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations for facilities management.

4. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
