About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Content Coordinator with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating engaging, on-brand content.

You'll help bring our flooring ranges and campaigns to life — across digital, print, and in-store channels. From coordinating promotions and designing visuals to supporting our national marketing calendar, you'll play a key role in telling our story and supporting our retail partners.

This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same — you'll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team that values initiative and fresh ideas.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Designing, editing, and briefing marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign

  • Coordinating digital and print campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions

  • Assisting with email marketing, social media content, and website updates
  • Managing marketing collateral for showrooms, displays, and trade events
  • Tracking campaign performance and preparing summary reports
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with administration and creative input

What You'll Bring:

  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Design (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in a content or marketing coordination role (B2B or building materials experience a plus)

  • Strong visual communication and design skills — you're confident with Canva and Adobe tools
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • An appreciation for interior design, home improvement, or product marketing
