At KnG Group, our values underpin our relationships and behaviours, shaping "the way we work." **Responsibilities**: **Campaign Support**: - Collaborate with the marketing team and relevant departments across KnG Group to create engaging content, graphics, and collateral for campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reports and insights for all marketing mediums. **Market Research**: - Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, perform competitor analysis, and discover potential growth areas. - Gather data on customer demographics, preferences, and behaviour to support marketing decision-making. **Content Creation**: - Generate written and graphical content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts. - Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts on various platforms. **Digital Marketing**: - Support the management and optimisation of digital marketing channels, including social media accounts and website content. - Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings. **Events and Promotions**: - Coordinate and assist in the organisation of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. - Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution. **Data Analysis**: - Assist in collecting and analysing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. **Administrative Support**: - Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and managing marketing databases. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), digital marketing platforms, and SEO. - Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing. - Strong project management skills. - Experience in content creation across various digital marketing platforms. - Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools. - Keyword and SEO experience - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Proficiency in Canva. - High attention to detail and an eye for design. **Why join KnG Group?** - Our commitment to providing a caring and nurturing work environment. - Fast-paced learning environment with ample professional growth opportunities. - New office located in Ormeau on the Gold Coast (Qld Australia) with free parking.
