**Who we are looking for**

Our clients are doing amazing things and so is our team Having now grown to 40+ staff members, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer/Recruitment Consultant to manage our growing team. You will have lots of autonomy and flexibility in how and when you work. You will need to be highly organised, very people focused, love to communicate regularly and enjoy being part a multicultural team.

You have ideally developed your career in a top-tier, mid-tier or reputable organisations and have an excellent academic background, strong corporate/commercial experience and a pragmatic, commercial approach. Your staff personnels will appreciate your service, support, and interpersonal skills. You are a team player, focused on team growth and goals, as well as your own professional and personal goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and refining HR policy of the company; presenting feedback, recommendations and proposals to the management.
- Arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and background check of applicants, finalizing the selection together with the management.
- Maintaining personnel records and associated personnel information systems.
- Facilitating employees relocation and mobility needs.
- Conducting employees performance valuation and making recommendations to the management.
- From time to time, providing advice in relation to HR management to our clients.
- Manage the periodic payroll function of the firm

**Skills and Experiences**
- Tertiary qualification(s) in HR or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences, showing proven ability to form trusted working relationships with employees at all levels across a business.
- Capability to operate independently, efficiently and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Great attention to details.
- Exposures to various different industries are highly preferred, but not essential.
