We’re on the lookout for an enterprising HR professional wanting to take the next step in their career and to elevate our HR function in Victoria.

As an HRBP, you'll play a pivotal role in driving people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and delivering exceptional support to our teams, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients and their families.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and talent engagement to performance management and employee relations.
- Partner with leaders to drive performance management processes, coaching and mentoring managers to build high-performing teams.
- Lead investigations, address complaints, and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and best practices in procedural fairness.
- Develop and lead innovative wellbeing and engagement initiatives that support our workforce strategy and create a positive, supportive work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on achieving results while navigating challenges.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, with experience in HR at an advisor level.
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence managers, particularly in performance management and building leadership capability.
- Impact-Driven: Passionate about making a positive difference in the culture of an organization that directly impacts the lives of people with disabilities.
