**About the role**

This role is the face of People & Culture for the service groups in your portfolio. You will partner with General Managers and leaders across the business to provide both strategic and operational human resources support and advice including:

- Leading workforce planning and development of a people plan of strategic / proactive people solutions to meet the business challenges of you clients
- Coaching Managers in providing feedback and resolving workplace issues, and managing escalated employee relations matters such as performance improvement plans, grievances and misconduct investigations
- Leading the delivery of People & Culture initiatives in your portfolio, including performance reviews and goals setting, culture and engagement plans, leadership development and our new HRIS
- Award increases and remuneration reviews

**About You**
- You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevent experience
- 5+ years experience in a HR generalist role with proven experience in providing HR solutions, coaching, advice and support
