- Human Resources Advisor (part-time)- A key member of our newly formed ANZ People and Culture team and 1 of 2 part-time Human Resources Advisors, you will support_ Line Managers and Team Members across the full suite of Human Resources services in a truly HR Generalist position. The client group is incredibly diverse and spans a number of different business lines, requiring agility of thought to ensure solutions fit. Ideally, we are looking for a talented individual to join the team 3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday, however flexibility is something we value and therefore would be open to explore for the right person._

**More about the role**:

- End to end recruitment
- Co-ordinating new team member onboarding
- Leveraging our HRIS for process execution and data management
- Managing various employee cases
- Providing HR advisory services
- Co-ordinating employee engagement activities
- Supporting the local execution of global HR programs including annual compensation processes, performance reviews, engagement surveys, development and succession planning, bonus payments

**More about you**:

- The role would suit a high performing HR Administrator/Coordinator looking to take their next step or equally an established HR Advisor looking for their next challenge.
- Formal HR qualifications advantageous
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating HRIS type software
- High emotional intelligence, team player and customer orientation
- Demonstrates and/or the ability to grow into the Sonova Leadership Principles (Be a Curious Learner, Embrace and Lead Change, Persevere to Win, Drive Customer Value Through Innovation, Excel Through Continuous Improvement and Prioritize and Focus)
