**Join our client as an IT Talent Partner - 6-Month Contract (3month + 3month)**

Are you an experienced IT recruiter with a knack for finding top-notch talent? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking an IT Talent Partner to join their team for a 6-month contract.

**Role and Responsibilities**: As the IT Talent Partner, you will be a key driver in identifying and securing exceptional IT professionals to support our client's vision. Your responsibilities will include:

- Advertising for ICT roles
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts.
- Facilitating necessary paperwork and documentation processes
- Organising comprehensive orientations and training sessions.
- Conducting reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential hires.
- Collaborating with ICT leadership to understand departmental needs and requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated IT recruitment experience, particularly with digital transformation projects.
- A strong understanding of IT roles, including familiarity with technical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical specialists and hiring managers.
- The ability to manage and prioritse a dynamic workload efficiently.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and drive results.
