**The opportunity**:
After a successful transition to a centralised recruitment function, Kinetic’s national **Talent** team plays a critical role in sourcing and attracting the best people that share our passion of delivering safe, clean and reliable bus services. Our business continues to rapidly grow, and so does our need to have more people join us in the bus lane.

To support this, we are seeking a “talented” **Talent Partner** on a **6-month full-time contract** with the potential for permanent placement. Based at our brand-new office on **Collins Street**, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of Workshop and Corporate roles from job briefing to employee onboarding.

**What you can expect**:

- Develop and facilitate assessment centres for volume recruitment exercises
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manger to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Generate recruitment documentation including position descriptions, interview guides, contracts and onboarding paperwork

- Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- An enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and a positive approach to a continual changing work environment
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and recruitment systems (LiveHire preferred)
