**About the Role**
We currently have a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract for a Talent Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Talent you will have a varied role, where no two days are the same, so if variety is what you are after then look no further You will recruit top tier talent into our Restaurants and support office, whilst also delivering key talent projects/initiatives.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Act as a true business partner to our Operations team across Australia to recruit future leaders into our Restaurants. You will have an opportunity to utilise your strategic sourcing skills to tackle a niche market of Restaurant Managers and build a robust pipeline of future talent
- You will partner with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide guidance on best practice throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- You will help deliver key talent initiatives/projects annually (we have great initiatives in the pipeline where you will work cross-functionality with peers within the broader People team)
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience within a similar role, with end to end recruitment experience. We are open to people from various industries within an internal or agency environment
- You are super organised. There are a lot of moving parts but you are on top of what happens day to day
- We are a tight knit team who band together to get the job done. Nothing is too big or small and we celebrate each other's success along the way. We're looking looking for a likeminded person to come and have fun with us.
We have ambitious growth plans and the Talent team will play a key role in delivering this for the business.
