We're looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Partner**to join our People, Culture and Capability division and help us find the superstar employees who will drive our mission forward.
**The Role**:What You'll Be Doing...
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the expert advisor and driver of our end-to-end recruitment process. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to ensure we acquire quality talent efficiently and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Coordinate the full recruitment life cycle for allocated vacancies, from strategy collaboration to new hire onboarding support.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and source applicants through innovative channels, including the hidden job market, social media, brand awareness, and developing talent pipelines for future needs.
- Expert Advice: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practice, providing coaching and ensuring all processes strictly adhere to WISE Policy and relevant legislative requirements.
**What You'll Bring to WISE**

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Consultant role.
- Proven track record in sourcing and retaining talent across varied roles (entry-level through to management).
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with a high level of sensitivity and discretion.
- A strategic and commercially savvy mindset, focused on delivering outstanding results.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to quickly implement new software/platforms.
- A commitment to keeping up-to-date with market trends and contemporary talent identification methods.The ability to display initiative, challenge the status quo, and advocate for change.
**Desirable (Highly Regarded)**:
Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

This is a salaried position requiring flexibility in hours and may require reasonable interstate travel from time to time to work across our locations in Victoria, NSW, QLD, WA, NT, ACT and Tasmania.
