Permanent, Full Time Collections Compliance Officer for a South Australian membership organisation.

**Your new company**
With a vision to refresh and reinvigorate the South Australian construction industry. This not-for-profit, statutory body works with employers and employees to ensure workers can access long service leave entitlements.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will interact with employers and employees of the construction industry to resolve enquiries, process registrations, conduct investigations and audits. You will also:

- Assist in progressing matters for legal actioning as required. This will involve providing advice, reviewing, and determining non-compliance with the Act, and progressing investigations into outstanding employer returns.
- Provide compliance support to the board and administration and customer service support as required.
- Compile reports and information to assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies.
- Other duties as directed by the Finance and Operations Manager or CEO.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have experience working with compliance frameworks. You will also have:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and experience using a CRM or similar electronic records management system.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, utilise time effectively, and work under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met.
