The College have established a strong risk management framework and adopted an upgraded system to support the ongoing management of these functions. With this growth, the Director of Business requires support in managing this risk framework and ensuring it is contemporary and fit-for-purpose to meet the College’s needs.

**Your new role**

The Risk and Compliance Officer will be responsible for updating and maintaining the College’s risk management, compliance and assurance frameworks. This will involve preparing risk and compliance reports, monitoring changes to ensure the framework is up-to-date, engaging with risk owners for regular reviews, delivering training to staff and ensuring on-line staff training modules are completed.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Sound working knowledge of risk management principles and relevant legislative frameworks
- Exceptional written and communication skills, with the confidence to present information to staff members
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate IT skills and comfort in learning new systems quickly
- A refreshing approach to risk and compliance, with an interest in creatively encouraging adoption across the College
- Appreciation of, and commitment to the Christian values and ethos of the College
